A.Every corporation, other than a public service corporation, which violates any provisions of this chapter, or which fails to obey or comply with any order, rule or requirement of the commission, for which the penalty is not otherwise provided for such corporation, is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
B.Every person who either individually, or acting as an officer, agent or employee of a corporation other than a public service corporation, violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to obey or comply with any order, rule or requirement of the commission, or who procures any public service corporation in its violation or in its failure to obey or comply with any such order, rule or requirement, for which a penalty for violation is not otherwise provided, for such person, is guilty o
