§ 35-729 — Exemption from procurement code
For purposes of this article and chapter 7 of this title, the following are exempt from title 41, chapter 23 or other restrictions on the procedure for entering into contracts:
1.The Arizona commerce authority.
2.The Arizona department of housing.
