The following form may be used by an owner to make an amendment under section 33-533: Amendment By Owner To Remove An Unlawful Restriction This amendment is recorded under title 33, chapter 4, article 7, Arizona Revised Statutes, by an owner of an interest in real property subject to an unlawful restriction as defined in section 33-532, Arizona Revised Statutes.
