A.If a notice of federal lien, a refiling of a notice of federal lien or a notice of revocation of any certificate described in subsection B of this section is presented to a filing or recording officer who is:
1.The secretary of state, he shall cause the notice to be marked, held and indexed in accordance with title 47, chapter 9, article 5 as if the notice were a financing statement within the meaning of title 47.
2.The county recorder, he shall endorse on the notice or refiling his identification and the date and time of receipt and promptly file or record it and index it pursuant to section 11-462.
B.If a certificate of release, nonattachment, discharge or subordination of any lien is presented to the secretary of state for filing or recording he shall both:
