Text
A.The superior court may appoint the following persons to assist the conciliation court in disposing of its business:
1.A competent person to act as director of conciliation.
2.Such associate directors, family counselors, social workers, investigators, stenographers and clerks as the court shall find necessary to carry out the work of the conciliation court.
B.The appointments provided for in this section shall be made by and may be terminated by the judge of the conciliation court and may be made in addition to all other appointments authorized by law. All of the employees provided for in this section shall be allowed actual traveling and necessary expenses incurred while engaged in the discharge of the duties of their office, and shall be paid salaries comparable to other personne
