§ 25-1258 — Assistance with discovery
Arizona·Title 25 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 9 UNIFORM INTERESTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT·Art. 3 Civil Provisions of General Application
A tribunal of this state may:
1.Request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining discovery.
2.On request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state.
