§ 11-404 — Residence of county officers

The following officers shall reside within the county:

1.Judge of the superior court.
2.Treasurer and ex officio tax collector.
3.Clerk of the board of supervisors.
4.Sheriff.
5.Assessor.
6.County attorney.
7.Recorder.
8.School superintendent.
9.Public defender.
