Cochise county, the county seat of which is Bisbee, is bounded as follows: Commencing at a point six miles south of where the east line of range eighteen east intersects the second standard parallel south, thence running south to a point on the south boundary line of the San Ignacio del Babacomari land grant approximately one-half mile east of that point where the east line of range eighteen east intersects the said south boundary line of said land grant; thence west along the south line of said land grant to the aforesaid point of intersection with the east line of range eighteen east; thence south to the international boundary line between the state of Arizona and the Republic of Mexico; thence east along such boundary line to the southeast corner of the state of Arizona; thence north a
