§ 9-27-349 — Compliance with federal acts
Arkansas·Title 9
The Division of Youth Services shall have the responsibility for the collection, review, and reporting of statistical information on detained or incarcerated juveniles, for adult jails, adult lock-ups, and juvenile detention facilities to assure compliance with the provisions of Pub.
L.No. 93-415, the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974.
