§ 9-20-110 — Petition
Arkansas·Title 9
A petition shall set forth the following:
(1)The name, address, and if known, the date of birth of the maltreated adult who shall be designated as the respondent;
(2)The maltreated adult's current location;
(3)The name and address of the maltreated adult's closest adult relative, if known;
(4)(A) The facts intended to prove the person to be maltreated.
(B)The facts may be set out in an affidavit attached to the petition and incorporated into the petition; and (5) The relief requested by the petitioner.
