Text

(a)The Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint three (3) commissioners to enter into a compact on behalf of the State of Arkansas with the State of Mississippi.
(b)Any two (2) of the commissioners so appointed, together with the Attorney General of the State of Arkansas, may act to enter into the compact set out in § 27-89-202 .
(c)Vacancies occurring in the office of any appointed commissioner shall be filled by appointment by the Governor by and with the advice and consent of the Senate for the unexpired term.
