§ 27-76-204 — Public corporation status
Arkansas·Title 27
Upon creation of a regional mobility authority:
(1)The regional mobility authority and its members shall:
(A)Constitute a public corporation; and (B) Have perpetual succession; and (2) The regional mobility authority and its members may:
(A)Contract and be contracted with;
(B)Sue and be sued in tort to the extent that it has expressly waived liability in writing; and (C) Have and use a common seal.
