§ 27-76-202 — Purposes
Arkansas·Title 27
The purposes of a regional mobility authority created under this chapter are to:
(1)Plan, construct, operate, or fund transportation projects of the regional mobility authority; or (2) Plan, construct, operate, or fund improvements to a transportation system of the regional mobility authority.
