Text
(a)The State Highway Commission shall give thirty (30) days' notice, by certified mail, to the owner of the land on which an advertising device is located to remove it if it is a prohibited device or cause it to conform to rules if it is an authorized device.
(b)If the owner of the property fails to act within thirty (30) days as required in the notice, the commission shall remove the advertising device at the expense of the owner of the land.
