Text
(a)The Mississippi River Parkway Commission of Arkansas created herein shall be an affiliate of the National Mississippi River Parkway Commission and shall cooperate with and assist the National Mississippi River Parkway Commission in promoting interest in, and the development and use of, the Great River Road as designated by the Federal Highway Administration. It shall also serve in an advisory capacity to the Arkansas Department of Transportation in regard to the exercise of the powers and duties granted the department by § 27-69-101 et seq.
(b)The Chair of the Mississippi River Parkway Commission of Arkansas shall be the Arkansas representative on the National Mississippi River Parkway Commission.
