Text

(a)An average right-of-way of not less than one hundred (100) acres per mile in fee simple, plus scenic, landscape, sightly, or safety easement control up to a total average of fifty (50) acres per mile, shall be provided for the gross length of the parkway in this state for parkway purposes.
(b)At no point shall the width of parkway area through state or private lands be less than two hundred feet (200'), except as the United States Secretary of the Interior may determine in particular cases.
(c)If the total acreage acquired by this state and its political subdivisions or other parties and transferred to the United States for parkway purposes is less than the above-stated minimum per mile, then other public areas adjacent to or near the parkway having scenic, recreational, conservation
