Text

(a)The State Highway Commission shall meet at least one (1) time every two (2) months and at such other times, on the call of the Chair of the State Highway Commission or of a majority of the members, as may be deemed reasonable and proper to transact such business as may properly be brought before it.
(b)Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum of the commission for all purposes, except as provided in § 27-65-122 .
(c)It shall be the duty of the commission to keep accurate minutes of all meetings of the commission in which shall be set forth all acts and proceedings of the commission.
