§ 27-51-2110 — Restriction on transport

An eligible entity may not use a personal delivery device to transport hazardous material that is:

(1)Regulated under the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. § 5101 et seq., as it existed on January 1, 2021; and (2) Required to be placarded under 49 C.F.R. Part 172.
