§ 27-50-503 — Bulk purchasing authorized

The Division of Arkansas State Police, in order to serve the convenience of local law enforcement officers, may establish procedures for the bulk purchasing of traffic forms to be sold to local law enforcement agencies at cost plus transportation charges in remitting them to local law enforcement agencies.
