§ 27-50-301 — Applicability of criminal code
Arkansas·Title 27
Any moving traffic law violation not enumerated in § 27-50-302 shall be known as a violation as defined in §§ 5-1-105 and 5-1-108 , and shall be punishable as provided under § 5-4-201 .
