Text

As used in this subtitle:

(1)"Business district" means the territory contiguous to and including a highway when fifty percent (50%) or more of the frontage along the highway for a distance of three hundred feet (300') or more is occupied by buildings in use for business;
(2)"Crosswalk" means:
(A)That portion of a roadway ordinarily included within the prolongation or connection of the lateral lines of sidewalks at intersections; and (B) Any portion of a roadway distinctly indicated for pedestrian crossing by lines or other markings on the surface;
(3)"Driver" means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle;
(4)"Explosives" means a chemical compound or mechanical mixture that is commonly used or intended for the purpose of producing an explosion and that contain
