Text
(a)All applications for Constitutional Officer special license plates issued under this subchapter shall contain the following information:
(1)The number of vehicles to which the plate is to be attached; and (2) The vehicle identification number and the vehicle's regular license plate number issued by the Department of Finance and Administration for each vehicle to which a special license plate is to be attached.
(b)A special license plate issued under this subchapter shall be issued only for a vehicle that is currently and properly registered and licensed in the State of Arkansas.
(c)(1) A special license plate issued under this subchapter may be transferred to another vehicle provided that the vehicle is properly registered and licensed in the State of Arkansas and the Governor is no
