Text
The purpose of this subchapter is to:
(1)Continue the special license plates for counties, cities, towns, and members of county quorum courts;
(2)Transfer the authority to the Department of Finance and Administration to issue additional special license plates for counties, cities, towns, and members of county quorum courts; and (3) Provide a mechanism for other public entities in the state to obtain special license plates.
