Text
(a)The Office of Driver Services, upon receipt of a certified copy of a judgment and a certificate of facts relative to the judgment, on a form provided by the Office of Driver Services, shall forthwith suspend the license and registration, and any nonresident's operating privilege, of any person against whom the judgment was rendered, except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
(b)The provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not apply with respect to any judgment arising out of an accident caused by the ownership or operation, with permission, of a vehicle owned or leased to the United States, this state, or any political subdivision of this state, or a municipality thereof.
