Text

(a)(1) Any United States male citizen or immigrant who is at least eighteen (18) years of age but less than twenty-six (26) years of age shall be registered for the United States Selective Service System when applying to the Department of Finance and Administration for the issuance, renewal, or a duplicate copy of:
(A)A driver's license;
(B)A commercial driver's license; or (C) An identification card.
(2)This registration is in compliance with the requirements of section 3 of the Military Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C. § 3801 et seq.
(b)The department shall forward to the United States Selective Service System in an electronic format the necessary personal information required for registration of the applicants identified in this section.
