Text

Any motor vehicle licensed in another state which exhibits a special license plate or other special authorized vehicle designations issued by licensing authorities of other states for vehicles used in the transportation of persons with disabilities shall be accorded the privileges as provided in this subchapter for similar vehicles licensed in this state, as is required under the provisions of Pub.

L.No. 100-641, and rules issued pursuant thereto by the United States Secretary of Transportation.
