Text

(a)As used in this section, "personal-use vehicle" means:
(1)A pleasure vehicle, including a motor home, registered under § 27-14-601(a)(1) ;
(2)A Class One truck or van registered under § 27-14-601(a)(3)(A) ;
(3)A motorcycle registered under § 27-14-601(a)(4) ; or (4) An autocycle registered under § 27-20-304 .
(b)The Office of Motor Vehicle shall offer a multiyear personal-use vehicle registration as provided under this section.
(c)The owner of a personal-use vehicle, who has owned the personal-use vehicle for a twelve-month renewal period following initial registration by the owner, may request a multiyear personal-use vehicle registration for a period of two (2) or three (3) years by providing the following information to the Office of Motor Vehicle with the application:
