§ 27-14-2102 — Issuance authorized

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to design and issue a drive-out tag for use in cases when automobile dealers in this state sell a motor vehicle to a nonresident who desires to immediately remove the vehicle to the state of his or her residence.
