Text

(a)No person, unless licensed to do so by the Office of Motor Vehicle under the provisions of this chapter, shall carry on or conduct the business of:
(1)A dealer in motor vehicles, trailers, or semitrailers, of a type subject to registration;
(2)A dealer in used parts or used accessories of motor vehicles; or (3) Wrecking or dismantling any vehicle for resale of the parts thereof.
(b)(1) Application for a dealer's or wrecker's license shall be made upon the form prescribed by the Office of Motor Vehicle and shall contain the name and address of the applicant.
(2)(A) When the applicant is a partnership, the name and address of each partner shall be set forth.
(B)When the applicant is a corporation, the names of the principal officers of the corporation, the state in which incorporate
