Text
All fees collected under the provisions of this subchapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues, and the net amount thereof shall be credited to the Division of Arkansas State Police Fund, there to be used for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Division of Arkansas State Police.
