§ 27-115-103 — Members
Arkansas·Title 27
(a)The Division of Aeronautics shall be composed of seven (7) members appointed by the Governor.
(b)One (1) of the members shall be appointed from each of the four (4) congressional districts, and three (3) members shall be appointed from the state at large.
(c)Appointments shall be for terms of five (5) years.
