Text

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall upon conviction before a court of competent jurisdiction be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) and the cost of prosecution or undergo imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or suffer both fine and imprisonment. All fines collected shall be paid into the State Treasury and deposited to the credit of the Division of Arkansas State Police Fund.
