§ 27-101-108 — Filing and publication of rules

(a)A copy of the rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter, § 27-101-201 et seq., § 27-101-301 et seq., § 27-101-501 et seq., § 27-101-601 et seq., and the Arkansas Motorboat Registration and Titling Act, § 27-101-1001 et seq., and of any amendments of those rules shall be filed in the offices of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, the Secretary of State, the Arkansas State Library, and the Bureau of Legislative Research where each copy shall be preserved as a public record.

(b)A copy of the rules adopted under § 27-101-401 et seq. and of any amendments of those rules shall be filed in the offices of the Department of Health, the Secretary of State, the Arkansas State Library, and the Bureau of Legislative Research where each copy shall be preserved as a public record.
