Text

(a)The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission shall cooperate with agencies of the United States Government in establishing rules and regulations with reference to the operation of vessels on any waters of this state that are maintained or controlled by federal agencies. It is the intention of this subsection to encourage the establishment of adequate regulations on federally controlled waters for the promotion of safety in the operation of vessels.
(b)Any law enforcement office of a subdivision of this state may make, at any time, but only after public notice, formal application to the commission for special rules and regulations with reference to the operation of vessels on any waters within its territorial limits, including, but not limited to, the establishment and marking of speed
