Text

(a)The State of Arkansas or any agency or institution of the state having jurisdiction or authority over lands held in the name of the State of Arkansas, which lands are necessary or desirable in the furtherance of the Ouachita River Navigation Project and any wildlife refuge established in connection with the project, is authorized to give, donate, or otherwise transfer the lands, any portion thereof, or any interest therein to the United States Government for such use.
(b)Any county holding title to lands which are necessary or desirable for use in developing the project and any national wildlife refuge established in connection with the project is authorized to give, donate, or otherwise transfer the lands, any portion thereof, or any interest therein to the United States Government f
