Text

(a)The consent of the State of Arkansas is given to the making by the United States Congress, or under its authority, of all such rules and regulations as the United States Government may determine to be needful in respect to game animals and game and nongame birds and fish on, in, or over national forestlands within the State of Arkansas.
(b)The rules and regulations must be approved by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission before they can be enforced.
(c)The authority to enforce concurrent rules and regulations is extended jointly to the United States Government and to the commission.
