Text

(a)The Arkansas Governor's Mansion Commission shall have the following powers and duties:
(1)To survey and investigate the condition of the Governor's Mansion, its appurtenant buildings, its grounds, and its contents, including furniture and fixtures;
(2)To prepare and file with the Governor and the Legislative Council an annual Governor's Mansion report, to be filed on or before November 1 of each year, summarizing the results of the commission's surveys and investigations made under subdivision (a)(1) of this section and recommending any necessary repairs, improvements, replacements, or reconstruction of the Governor's Mansion, its appurtenant buildings, grounds, and contents, together with an itemized and detailed estimate of the costs thereof; and (3) (A) To solicit and accept gifts
