§ 22-3-502 — Creation - Members, etc

(a)(1) There is created a Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission.
(2)The commission shall be composed of ten (10) members as follows:
(A)The Governor or a designee;
(B)The Secretary of State or a designee who shall serve as the commission chair;
(C)The Director of the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program;
(D)The Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism;
(E)One (1) licensed landscape architect in this state, to be named by the Secretary of State from a list of at least three (3) names submitted to him or her by the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Inc.;
(F)One (1) licensed architect in this state, to be named by the Secretary of State from a list of at least three (3) names submitted to him or her by the Arkansas Chapter, the Americ
