Text
(a)As custodian of the State Capitol Building, the Secretary of State shall oversee the operation of and may receive bids or offers for renting or leasing the properties now being utilized for a restaurant or cafe and other purposes in the State Capitol Building upon such terms or conditions as, in the judgment of the Secretary of State, may best serve the interests of the state.
(b)Moneys received under subsection (a) of this section shall be deposited into the cash funds, as defined by § 19-4-801 , of the Secretary of State that are designated for administrative and maintenance expenses.
