Text

(a)Upon conviction, any person who violates any provision of this subchapter, § 21-8-601 et seq., § 21-8-701 et seq., or § 21-8-801 et seq. is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(b)The culpable mental state required shall be a purposeful violation.
