Text

(a)No hospital, recuperation center, or related institution shall be established, conducted, or maintained in this state without obtaining a license.
(b)The State Board of Health may provide, by properly promulgating rules, for the issuance of a recuperation center license.
(c)The Department of Health may provide, by properly promulgating rules, for the issuance of permanent type licenses, subject to revocation.
