The plaintiff in an action to recover the possession of specific personal property, at the commencement of the action or at any time before judgment, may claim the immediate delivery of the property, as provided in §§ 18-60-810 - 18-60-822 . Civil Code, § 202; C. & M. Dig., § 8639; Pope's Dig., § 11372; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-2101.
