Text

The right of any person to the possession of any lands or tenements shall not be impaired or affected by a descent cast in consequence of the death of any person in possession of the estate. Rev. Stat., ch. 91, § 3; C. & M. Dig., § 6945; Pope's Dig., § 8923; A.S.A. 1947, § 37-105.
