Text
(a)When no opposition is made to the confirmation of the sale, the costs attending the proceedings shall be paid by the party praying for confirmation.
(b)Where opposition is made, the costs shall be borne by the party against whom judgment is rendered. Rev. Stat., ch. 149, § 7; C. & M. Dig., § 8392; Pope's Dig., § 10988; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1924.
