Text
The costs of the division shall be apportioned among the parties in the ratio of their interests, and the costs arising from any contest of fact or law shall be paid by the party adjudged to be in the wrong. Civil Code, § 547; C. & M. Dig., § 8110; Pope's Dig., § 10530; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1824.
