§ 18-29-204 — Penalty
Arkansas·Title 18
The penalty for violation of this subchapter shall be as follows:
(1)The first violation shall be a Class B misdemeanor;
(2)The second violation shall be a Class A misdemeanor; and (3) The third or subsequent violation shall be a Class D felony.
