Text

All dams, stoppages, or obstructions not made according to law shall be deemed to be public nuisances and shall be dealt with accordingly. Rev. Stat., ch. 98, § 24; C. & M. Dig., § 3966; Pope's Dig., § 4968; A.S.A. 1947, § 35-524.
