§ 16-96-509 — Judgment for defendant
Arkansas·Title 16
If judgment is rendered for the defendant, any money paid into the circuit court which has been collected from the defendant on the original judgment shall be forthwith returned to the defendant. Crim. Code, § 359; C. & M. Dig., § 3389; Pope's Dig., § 4232; A.S.A. 1947, § 44-511.
