Text

As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Applicant" means any individual, business, or organization that has applied to receive an Arkansas transitional housing facility license;
(2)"License" means an Arkansas transitional housing facility license; and (3) (A) "Transitional housing" means a program that provides housing for one (1) or more offenders who either have been transferred or paroled from the Division of Correction by the Post-Prison Transfer Board or placed on probation by a circuit court or district court.
(B)An offender's home or the residence of an offender's family member shall not be considered a transitional housing facility as used in this subchapter.
