Text
(a)If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this subchapter are declared to be severable.
(b)In the event that any provision of this subchapter is found to be an invalid encroachment upon the rule-making authority of the Supreme Court, that provision shall be deemed to be a resolution of the General Assembly recommending the adoption of the provision by court rule.
